how can i open flash videos on my nokia 5800?? ( youtube videos )?

when i download videos from youtube and put it in my nokia 5800 it doesn’t work because it is flash video how can i download a software for FREE in my phone to play youtube videos. . . . please i need a way to play the video from youtube downloaded to my phone with out using any converters coz converters upsize the file it makes the size double or maybe four times the original. . .
