  2. What’s the difference between this and the 5800 xpressmusic? all it has is a full drive navigation which the nokia 5800 xpressmusic has and a silver housing which you can probably jst purchase online.

    That’s actually less baffling..

    Some items in a list (for example a contact or boomark) have the capacity to be edited. Hence, you’d click once for the item, then go to options etc. This would be somewhat harder with single taps, which are more suitable for constant menu structures.

  6. nokia 5800 is currently running FW v40
    you can update it via Nokia PC Suite, i dont think the update can be done from your phone directly (OTA).

  7. you will never know :P just like the question; why the hell did they make some menus that require 1 tap and some requires 2 taps?

  10. mark i think it does have kenatic scrolling and a new home screen ( i got a normal 5800 V4 ) kenatic scrolling almost every where except in the main menu and the applications
