@dubrovdanny; i’ve installed a couple of mods such as xinetic (speed up kinetic scrolling) and one to speed up screen rotate, maybe they don’t help. But generally my phone works fine, besides one or two bugs

My phone is the Chrome edition of the Nokia 5800, which is why it has the chrome rim, here in the UK they are exlusive to T-mobile, I beleive and you maybe able to get them at 3.
Glad you like it, I know a couple of people who have the red edition, which I thought was cool.

FYI, I’ve uninstalled the Xinetic app on my phone, and it has taken care of the bugs, I could post another vid of it if anyone likes.
My phone works better now, but doesn’t scroll as fast.

[P.S. This Phone Would be more expensive than any other Nokia 5800XM since it is version 50 and it has a rom patcher and a custom firmware meaning it is 3x-5x better than any other Nokia 5800XM out there.]
Myne works well no BUGS! Try to reinstal the software
V50 is great but i can’t exit the browser.it stays open and my provider charges a lot of money.how to exit the browser or atleast not get the fullscreen mode.
how the hell have you got the homescreen shortcuts at the bottom of the screen?!

So long as you have either v40 or v50, you can add these short cuts.
Select Menu, then Settings, followed by Personal. From here select Home Screen, then select Contacts bar. The short cuts still appear on screen now. Hope that helps, let me know if you manage it.

How to close the browser; in the bottom right of the screen is a symbol, like a double arrow, when you tap this, the menu options appear. I’m not sure how to set it to not go automatically into full screen.

Sorry, more to add, after selecting contact bar, you need to go back to settings, personal, and Home Screen. From here, select Home screen option and check both boxes for short cuts and contacts, this is how to get it.
what type of case is tht and is there a screen protector on?

There is no case on the phone, it’s the chrome edition, available on Tmobile, and 3 payg. Unfortunately i no longer have it, when it got damaged the insurence company replaced it with the red version which i’m now using.
